How to practise this subject

These practice suggestions are editorial guidance from Australian Study Resources.

  1. Choose a food or nutrition problem and identify the relevant properties, ingredients or nutrients. Explain why they matter in the given context.
  2. Compare two proposed modifications using evidence. Explain a likely benefit and a trade-off for the target user or product.
  3. Design a small test of your proposed change. Specify what you would measure and how you would judge whether the change achieved its purpose.
  4. Record the specific point you missed, write a corrected response, and attempt another question that requires the same skill. Check older material against your current course before reusing it.

Plan your next practice session

Choose one explanation from your practice sequence. Separate what was observed from the explanation you propose, then identify a condition or limitation that affects the conclusion.
