Identify the legal principle or institution relevant to the scenario. Explain its role using the facts provided.
  2. Choose a current course task with this focus: main features of the federal system: shared sovereignty, exclusive/concurrent/residual powers, the High Court's interpretive role. Compare two responses to the legal issue. Explain how each affects the parties and the rights or interests at stake.
  3. Choose a current course task with this focus: customary law: characteristics of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander customary laws; impact of terra nullius. Reach a judgement using an explicit legal criterion. Support it with relevant evidence and acknowledge a limitation or competing consideration.
  4. Record the specific point you missed, write a corrected response, and attempt another question that requires the same skill. Check older material against your current course before reusing it.
